Terms of Use for Chroma Widgets
1. Using the app
Chroma Widgets lets you design and place home-screen widgets: clocks, weather, photos, calendar, battery, countdowns, notes, quotes, favourite contacts and step counts, with themes, fonts and backgrounds. Premium (a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, some with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase) unlocks weather widgets and premium styles and removes ads. Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play until you cancel them in Play Store > Payments & subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and Premium ends at the close of the paid period. The core app is free and shows ads. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your content
You are responsible for what you create and import. Only use material that you have the right to use. Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
3. Limits you should know about
Weather comes from MET Norway (CC BY 4.0) and may be late or wrong; do not rely on it for safety decisions. Step counts come from your phone's sensor and are estimates. How often widgets refresh depends on your launcher and Android's battery rules.
4. Backups
Your content is stored in the app on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. Premium widgets stop showing paid content when Premium ends, and come back when you renew.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well but do not promise it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, Kaushik Domadiya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
